                                            H25 Receiver Staging Program

      n Our warehouse will scan and record each RID, Access Card
         & Serial Number. Once the information is gathered it will
         be organized into a spreadsheet that can be used in
         installation and activation.

      n Our lab will un-box each receiver and access card and insert
         the access card into the individual receiver. Receiver cables
         and power supplies will not be removed from the packaging
         or tested.
      n Each receiver will be loaded into our pre-configured testing
         rack and connected to AC power, a SWM satellite feed and
         our in house DRE server/switches.
      n Each receiver will have its standard software upgraded to
         the current version.
      n Once each receiver is connected to satellite signal
         and the software has been updated the dealer will
         be contacted and asked to contact DIRECTV to
         authorize the receivers for the DRE software download.

      n Once the receivers have been authorized for DRE software
         download, the NACE lab will download the DRE software
         onto each individual receiver and confirm that the receiver
         has accepted the download.

      n Due to potential delays in the software downloads NACE
         can not guarantee completion dates. It is recommended
         that each dealer keep in contact with their sales
         representative to coordinate shipment delivery dates.
      n Once the download is completed and confirmed, our lab will
         then verify a successful download and test communications
         between each H25 receiver and our test DRE MCS server.             Call For Pricing
