Description: The Vantiva ATSC4 offers an adaptable input. 4 ATSC or J.83b (Clear QAM-B) input tuners allow for flexibility in channel reception, enabling input from an antenna for off-air TV broadcasts or via cable for clear QAM channels. This unit is future-ready by supporting the latest ATSC 1.0 standard. The ATSC4 ensures your installation is prepared for emerging tech, including 4K HDR video, Dolby Atmos audio, interactive features, and on-demand video (software upgrade required).
The ATSC4 supports up to 32 independent SPTS IP output streams (sub-channels), delivering premium access to the major networks (i.e., ABC, CBS, NBC & FOX) and up to 7 sub-channels provided by local broadcasters. RF input, Multicast, or Unicast output allows for easy signal distribution, either through traditional RF-based TV setups or IP-based installations.
The ATSC4 can operate independently of other sources or can be set up and managed by the COM51 interface, with the ability to combine content from this device with content from other COM sources, if desired.
This unit is NOT compatible with ATSC 3.0 transmissions.

- Two OTA major channels only require 1 QAM stream from QAM4
- One OTA major & sub/minor channels requires 1 QAM stream from QAM4
- Unit compatible with COM2000 chassis, is NOT compatible with COM1000 chassis
- COM1000 and COM2000 tuner blades (COM24 and/or COM46) do not have interface to support this product.
- The ATSC4 does not provide program-level guide data
- Off-air antenna and related ATSC processing hardware not included, sold separately
- Each ATSC4 requires 1 Vantiva chassis slot
