Description: Discontinued - The DT-HDVD-M2MLT-RX is the receiver unit for the DT-HDVD-M2MLT Series. The DT-HDVD-M2MLT Series is an HD Video Streaming set which includes an HDMI transmitter and HDMI receiver for real-time distributing of up to 1080p video over an ethernet. This HDMI over IP Extender uses H.264 compression. The units can be used in a point to point application to distribute a single HDMI source to a single video receive site or in a multi-point to multi-point application to distribute HDMI sources to multiple receive sites using an external Ethernet. They support transmission up to 330’ over a single cat5e/6 cable when the TX and RX are connected directly using an Ethernet cable (no switch) also known as point to point. When using an Ethernet switch topology, the signal transmission length will be consistent with Ethernet distance limitations. For extremely long runs, fiber optic transmission systems can be employed. Both the transmitter and receiver are powered via a local DC power supply (included).
