The hAP ax S is MikroTik’s most cost-effective Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) access point, delivering strong wireless performance, flexible connectivity, and advanced routing features in a compact, wall-mountable enclosure. Designed for SMB, SOHO, and enterprise edge deployments, it provides an ideal balance of performance, expandability, and value.

Equipped with dual-band Wi-Fi 6, including a triple-chain 5 GHz radio capable of up to 900 Mbps throughput, the hAP ax S delivers improved speed, efficiency, and client handling compared to previous generations. It features five Gigabit Ethernet ports for wired connectivity and a 2.5G SFP port for high-speed fiber uplinks or aggregation.

Powered by a dual-core ARM CPU and running RouterOS v7, the hAP ax S supports advanced networking features including VLANs, firewalling, VPNs, traffic shaping, and routing. Flexible power options include PoE in, PoE out, and a standard DC power jack, making it easy to deploy in a wide range of environments. A USB port adds support for optional LTE modems or storage.
