The CRS312-4C+8XG-RM is a forward-looking multi-gig smart switch designed for modern networks transitioning to 10 Gigabit Ethernet over copper while retaining fiber flexibility. As MikroTik’s first switch to combine 10G RJ45 Ethernet with SFP+ connectivity, it delivers a versatile platform for enterprise, SMB core, and high-performance access deployments.
The switch features eight 10G RJ45 Ethernet ports for high-speed copper connections and four combo ports that can operate as either 10G Ethernet or SFP+, allowing seamless integration of copper and fiber links.
