Running SwOS, MikroTik’s lightweight, web-based switch operating system, the CSS610-8G-2S+IN allows simple configuration of VLANs, port isolation, bandwidth control, and traffic monitoring without the complexity of a full routing platform. Its compact desktop design makes it well suited for offices, wiring closets, surveillance backbones, and aggregation points where space and cost efficiency are important.
The switch supports PoE in, allowing it to be powered directly over Ethernet for simplified installations, or via the included external power adapter.
